My teaching focuses on research methods, experimental design, and quantitative skills in psychology and linguistics, with particular expertise in eye-tracking methodologies and reproducible data analysis.

I provide teaching and research support across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the School of Psychological Science, with a strong emphasis on methods training and experimental practice.
Research methods & experimental design
- Teaching experimental design in psychology, including within- and between-subjects designs, counterbalancing, and randomisation
- Hands-on training in experiment-building platforms:
- Gorilla
- Qualtrics
- Experiment Builder (eye-tracking)
- Supporting eye-tracking studies using EyeLink systems, including task setup, calibration, and data quality control
Quantitative & statistical training
- Teaching and supporting data analysis in:
- R (tidyverse, mixed-effects models, reproducible workflows)
- SPSS
- G*Power (power analysis and study planning)
- Advising students on statistical decision-making and transparent reporting
Research governance & good practice

- Ethical and practical considerations in experimental research
